Stock Market Journal – November Update

I’m a bit sorry I didn’t think earlier about keeping an investment journal here on the blog. But hey — better late than never. Since I’ve set the goal of growing my portfolio from $3,680 to $15,000 by 2029, this journey deserves to be documented somewhere.

I have no special writing talent and my English isn’t perfect, but that gives me two good reasons to stick with this journal:
1. I’ll improve my English writing skills.
2. I’ll stay motivated to invest consistently.

There might even be a third benefit someday — but I’m not planning to monetize this blog. I doubt many people will read it anyway, and that’s perfectly fine.

November Investments

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been investing between $150 and $200 each month. Besides my monthly deposits, I also reinvest all dividends the moment they arrive.

This month I deposited $190, and together with some leftover dividends from October, I bought 8 more shares of Franklin Templeton (BEN). This is my third entry into this company, and I now own 23 shares with an average cost of $21.58 per share. In all this time since I started investing in BEN.us I have also received dividends of $10.27.

Right now, my position in Franklin Templeton is valued at $532. Depending on how the price moves, I may continue increasing this position over the next months.

I don’t know how many people will actually read these lines, but if you’d like to give me a hand with this plan, you can make a small donation through my Revolut link.

All donations will go directly into my stock portfolio.

Thank you!
